      <title>OpenStreetMap - A Disaster Waiting to Happen</title>

I had the privilege to meet Mikel at FOSS4G &amp;amp; Where 2.0.  There is indeed a growing Community of people interested in making a difference.  This is very energizing to see this.&lt;/p&gt;
